THE GOOD
First, it’s an excellent value. The Frontier Peak is also very lightweight and comfortable. Tough enough for any trail taken by the weekend backpacker.
THE BAD
The Frontier Peak is a mid top boot so it could use a little more ankle support for those long and rocky trips with a heavy pack.
THE FIT & COMFORT
The Frontier Peak’s light construction doesn’t need as much break-in time as the average backpacking boot. The Frontier Peak has a standard foot shape (slight curve and medium width).
THE PRICE
List price – $120.00
Average price – $99.95
OTHER NOTES
Perfect for the weekend hiker/backpacker. Inexpensive but loaded with the right features in every category.
Available Sizes: Men’s 7-12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17
